Could It Be A New Beginning?

Remember the perception I had of my Family on my Dad's side? It was pretty harsh, as I remembered, and it is, indeed very infair of me to even feel that way.

This year's Raya was spent in Singapore, on my mom's side of the family. Basically because my mom still has her parents, and my dad's parents are no longer here to celebrate with.

From what my aunt says (on dad's side), She hadn't expected anyone of our extended family would come and visit the Kampung, the house of my late grandparents now that they're gone. But instead, The Whole freakin family came! From my late grandma's side of the family, ass well as on my grandad's side! She was amazed! We ALL were. It simply shows that there is still hope for our family...I hope it was because of our prayers.

Yesterday, my family and I went to Maknona's house for raya...she's my dad's youngest sister. Went with my cousins...Salwa, Kak Da, Kaklong, Mariah, and Akak. We had to find the freakin place for more that 1/2 an hour...haha. Reached the place, and pakteh and Makteh, and their Daughter In law was there as well as my nephew.....omg, i have a nephewwwwwww.aaww. So we hung out, and had great food, like rendang and shit, then maklang and paklang finally showed up with my two other cousins,Gadafi and Abbas...they're pakteh's and Mak'teh's offsprings. Man, Abbas is fine. Told him bout the gig and the auditions. Hope he'll come and try out. Woohoo...

Then at about 6 plus, we headed back home to prepare some food for them to come over to our place, in return! We prepared some roasted chicken, with some speghetti. At about 8.10pm, Mak nona and co, Pakteh and co, which came up to be about 13 people, crashed our place. Stayed over untill about 9.30 or 10.

We ALL , all three big ass companies, crashed Paklang's place. Kak'da had a lot of her friends over, so the house was like there was a party goin on. Then the uncles decided to bring on the challange, so they brough out the ping pong table, and they battled...sweats drip, shoes fly, faces being hit my ping pong balls, and stern faces... It was fun! Gadafi, and abbas got lost to the uncles!!! hahaha... cover malu, they said Kasi la, tuna rumah menang. HAH cover la nkorang! whatever la. But it was fun, cheering, and applauding for your own family members. haha.

About 12 o'clock, we went inside, and had tea...not just ANY kind of tea...but Maklang made Teh Tarik!! woohooo! can't beat that!We were then chatting, and talking and laughing and joking around up to about 1 o clock. That was really fun! I'm happy we are able to be spending time together, again... like old times. I guess there is still hope, for us to be back to normal. I will not stop praying for this family.
