Who here thinks cam whoring is a self absorbed activity?

I see quite a few raised hands...

Personally, i feel that one needs to have some guts to post their 'self-portraits' online. You know, the ones that you snap yourselves? I have camwhored before, of course, but i have to admit, i don't have the guts to post many of them on friendster or facebook, or whatever. It's too...corny. Hehe. Let's just say my camwhoring days are pretty much over. I'll let others snap a pic of me.

Anyway. If you feel camwhoring is self absorbed, try posting videos of yourself singing on Youtube.com. You'd be amazed on how many people actually do it.

I mean... Singing in front of your video camera on a tripod? In a dark empty room? Creepy.
