Apparently, a lot.
On the first day of Raya, the sky was so clear, you can see for miles! As the rakyat jelata moves out from the city, expect to see clear blue skies. Ahhh... so soothing to the eyes. And lungs. :)
And i'm at most happy when the sky is blue. Until today, the sky is super clear.
Oh yeah. Thank you for the raya and birthday wishes/hugs/blog posts. hehe. You guys made my day.
This raya has been so different from my previous ones. Usually we'd join the other rakyat jelata, and crawl the insanely jammed highways to either Singapore or Negeri Sembilan. but it doesn't mean we can't make the best of it, can we?
And fun, we had! Well, i did, at least.
Mom and i cooked some usual Raya food: Soto, kuah kacan and chicken satay! Compliments to the chefs. Well, compliments to my mom la...coz i just prepared the ingredients.
The first raya night, college friends came around to bantai some food. Hung out, went for coffee after, by midnight we all retired. So fun. Played card games, laughed all night long, and ben closed the night with a series of his magic card tricks. Er. That clown.
Second Raya, we went visiting. TTDi people give more duit raya that people from else where. Must go there more often la. :D
Third Raya, my old schoolmates came over for a visit. Though there were only 4 of us, we managed to have fun. After they bantai-ed food, we drove to Yoke's place to get our mini Eiffel Towers that she had thoughtfully picked out for us. We then threw mini firecrackers into our old school, to a random man by the road side smoking, to the guys digging pipes...banyak la. We simply drove around ss14. hehehe.
Fourth Raya. Class started. HISH. potong stim. Hahaha. Only 11 people went for Shahid's class. Proves that everyone's still in our festive moods. Adeke start sekolah. Pui.
P/S: will publish photos later!
