Eversince i've started going to "work" for the past week, i've learnt to really understand these preverbs/sayings:
Thank GOD it's Friday
and
The Monday Blues
and
The Monday Blues
I've got some pictures to the the talking in this post. Some of the things i came across during the past week at work...
Over the past weekend,
During weekdays, i spend only (let's count)...11 hours at home, but spend only 2 hours conscious, while i'm home. Another 13 hours, i'm out in town...becoming the grumpy fat lady in the train.
Though work seems fun, i say again, the journey to work, isn't! There should be a solution to the while transportation thing... people get annoyed when i often comment on it. hehehe.
Over the weekend, Dee, Yoke and Cley went to pyramid for a rather big brunch. We couldn't decide what to have, but we came across the new, revamped Hartz Chicken Buffet...or something. The food's nothing to shout about, but we had fun anyway. Kenyang nak mampos, then they dropped me off at Subang parade to join my parents and adik for lunch at pizza hut. But...i couldn't eat, unless i wanted my tummy to burst like an oversized balloon.
Didn't manage to hide the mini cake i bought from mummy, for her birthday. Hehe. After their pizza fest, the folks decided to go walk around and maybe shop for stuff...so dad took what i had carried from pyramid and put (well more like dumped) it in the car.
After we did a little retail therapy, we headed back home...
When we got back home, we wanted to cut and have the little cake...only to find out that the cake was now senget-ed to the right side! The cake became like leaning tower of black cherries. hahaha. Oh well. Anywhooo, we had a nice time drinking tea with Black Forest Cake. I wonder why it's called so. It sounds rather eerie, don't you think?
Today is the first day of Ramadhan. It didn't feel quite puasa-ish, to me...though the nice, cool shady weather today did indicate the start of the holy month. It's usually like that, every year, if you had noticed. Buka puasa was great. Yumm.
Well, tomorrow we'll be starting work. Better start preparing my ideation briefs and what nots for tomorrow. By the way, our (Li and i) boss added us on MSN and he's cute. Nice shirts, nice face, but...we're not too sure about his pants...hmmm. He's online now.
Hehehe.
Have a great week ahead!
