1. He has to be sincere in anything that he does.

7. Treat animals, old people, poor people, ugly people etc nicely.
8. Honest, for me, a sign i look out for is that if he speaks straight to the point, instead of berbelit.

There. Those were the things i try to look keep a look out for. I find that little details like being humble, leads to a (or many other) greater quality of a person. I once had a haunch that the person wasn't a guy worth to go for, because he was boastful. And turned out to be, he really was a jerk. But i think i prefer to look for things that i don't want in a man. Then, it'd be easier to cross them out on my list. : )
