Watched a little Oprah this morning. There was an interesting quote by Dr. Robin, the psychologist went a little something like this...

"Don't fall in love...Walk in Love. You wanna think about it, don't get swept away because he's handsome..."

OH-kayyy.

It's not easy going with your head when your heart is so full of desire. Desire? Okay...lust? Hahha. Either way, you get what i mean.

But i guess that's what makes a strong person. Being able to use your head to think about the consequences of the choices you make. Not just in love. But every other choice you make, you will enjoy or suffer the consequences.

Like...Chocolate cake now...Big butt tomorrow. Or Sleep late today, cranky woman tomorrow. Or drink vodka shots today, tonight, tomorrow, and more days to come... do it over a period of 5 years...Shriveled up liver 5 years down the road.

Some people are smart, book wise. But some of them lack the common sense or even the imagination when it comes to decision making. Some people aren't great in the academic department... but they're wise enough to make decisions on what's best for them.

So what's "smart" if you can't use your head over your heart? Because at the end of the day...Desires and wants can kill you, literally, if you follow them blindly. Think first of the consequences, then make decision.
