Hello All!

I'm spending my last moments of 2007 typing this. Hahah. While others are out partying and getting piss drunk, i... am a pretty boring person. Pretty & Boring. Haaaa..ha. Include "Lame" in that list, why don't ya.

Anyway.

Another typical annual review of what a year its been. 2007 has been a pretty normal year for me. I've met new people *grin*, i've lost contact with some...Have new crushes *Glee*...got over the old ones. But one thing remains the same...I am still single. Newsflash, right? Haha

The Taylor's-UniSA degree program has been a pleasant experience. It's amazing...we've completed two semesters...and we're left with one more. As much as i enjoy College life, i have to admit that i am looking forward to working for a good Advertising Firm, insyallah.

This past year, we've seen more chendols and snooze fest in my home between our class hours. We shall continue our legacy in 2008, right girls? :D

My family had a little 'de tour' in mid september... We almost lost Dad. Thankfully he pulled through, after the heart attack. Thank god. I don't even want to think what it would've been life without him. *brr* I'm so happy that he's recovering and responding well to his treatments and medication. In fact, he's more spunky than ever!

So... Back to the new year's topic...Have you made your new year's resolution?

As per requested ( by some), here's an update. Don't expect much though...been lazy busy lately.

A trip to Penang/Langkawi/Bukit Merah last week was rather enlightening. It's been a while since we've been on a holiday since my dad got ill last few months. It was nice, for a change.

Reached Penang on Tuesday, and by wednesday we actually went to Langkawi for a day trip. Just guess how we got ourselves there? A ferry ride from Kuala Kedah. Oh man. I haven't done that in like, probably 15 years! My gosh. The ride there was pleasant, but the ride back was, literally, a nightmare. We got caught up in a storm. It rocked the boat! In a bad way. Note to self: Never get on a ferry back from anywhere in the evening, as it tends to rain that time of the day.

Langkawi was fine. Didn't roam the island much. We were there for the LIMA airshow. Same 'ol Same 'ol. Nothing new and interesting. Except...nevermind. Heh heh heh.

Back on the Pearl of the Orient, we had countless amount of Nasi Kandar. Poor dad had to only take rice with vegetables...occasionally tandoori chicken. The only 'healthy' food he's allowed to eat. haha.
